Under the starry night shift of an ocean-crossing sailing, I found myself contemplating the concepts of self and higher self, juxtaposed with the notions of conscious self and inner child. In this introspective moment, I wove these ideas into a visual representation, drawing inspiration from the iconic figure of Nefertiti who is the epitome of a powerful woman—a nurturing mother and a majestic queen—whose name beautifully translates to “a beautiful woman has come,”

I was drawn to the three levels of self: emotional/intuitive self (subconscious), the will (conscious), the soul (supra-conscious). This can also be understood as: the ancestral heritage, the uniqueness of the individual & Oneness.

As I meditated on the painting I received her clear message to humanity: Free yourself from the confines of your limited perspective, both in terms of your individual identity and immediate surroundings. I encourage you to broaden your horizons.

How? By enhancing your connection to every conceivable realm. Become a collective of all realms. Foster ties with all the realms that exist within… Be a consciousness that acknowledges its shared existence. Begin to open yourself to the realms of plants, animals, and minerals.

What does it mean to be a collective? It means being consciously present, observant, respectful, and engaged in a partnership with other beings who resonate with your profound willingness to collaborate.

What do you envision for the future of humanity? Prioritize mental well-being. It’s causing turmoil in this corner of the Universe. Yet, it improves when human consciousness embraces an equitable relationship with ALL forms of life, both on this planet and beyond. Interact with nature on equal footing. This is how the joy of feeling secure returns, and how your knowledge and sensitivity expand.

Your very survival is intricately tied to Nature, as you are born from its essence. The flawless intelligence that birthed both you and your world resides within you. Through conscious connection with Nature, you access this intelligence, fostering increased intuition, holistic well-being, balance, and a profound sense of gratitude and enthusiasm. Engaging with Mother Nature becomes a means to replenish your heart, allowing it to embrace the enduring love it consistently offers you.

Meditation is a deliberate and mindful way to establish and fortify this connection with Nature, aligning with your inherent essence. The incessant of mental activity and stress often leads to disconnection. Symptoms such as anxiety, overthinking, addiction, and depression are indicative of this ungrounded state. By tuning into your nature through meditation, you embark on a transformative journey to reconnect with the source, gaining mental clarity, emotional stability, and a deep-rooted sense of tranquility.
